Returning An Item - Store Policy

Do you need to return something purchased from the Danny Newfeld Collection?  

Here is what you need to know:
STEP 1: Please submit a return request.
We require all the information below to proceed with reviewing your request:

• Order Number
• Item Name or Item# 
• Reason

Please note: for quality issues, we may ask you to take pictures of the item.
Send the information in our contact page or to contactus@dannynewfeld.com.

STEP 2:

Your return is approved via Email. Once we receive your return request, we ill contact you within 24 hours to confirm the request and provide you with the information you will need to mail your item back to us. We require you to send your package with a tracking number. 

STEP 3:
On the outside of your package add the Return Authorization Number.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments
• Do NOT return items to our shipping address. Please reach out to us for return information.
